Emergency Repairs

A collapsed section, a pothole opening in a traffic lane, a broken edge at a loading dock: pavement failures that cannot wait for the next paving season because they are a hazard now. Call or text (215) 919-0511 and tell us what has happened.

What Counts as an Emergency

The work that cannot sit on a schedule, because it is a liability or it is stopping your site from operating.

Open potholes in trafficHoles in a drive lane or an entrance, where a vehicle or a pedestrian is going to find them before you do.
Collapsed or sunken sectionsPavement that has dropped away, usually where something underneath it has failed.
Failed edges and apronsBroken edges at docks, entrances and curb lines, which spread quickly once they start.
Trip hazardsLifted, cracked or uneven surface anywhere people walk, including stalls and access aisles.

How to Reach Us

Call or text (215) 919-0511. Most calls are answered, but if you leave a message, our staff will return your call within 24 hours. Tell us where the failure is, how big it is, and whether it is in a traffic lane, and send a photo by text if you can, because it tells us more than a description does.

Cut Out and Rebuilt, Not Patched Over

An emergency moves to the front of the queue, but it does not change how the repair is done. Failed areas are cut back to clean, straight lines and rebuilt on solid material, rather than chased with cold patch that lifts out again in the next freeze. If a failure needs something different to that, you will be told what and why before anything is priced.

Emergency Repair Questions

What should I send you?

A photo and the address. A photo of the failure, something in frame for scale, and whether it sits in a traffic lane tells us more in ten seconds than a phone description does.

How quickly can you get out to it?

Call or text and tell us what has happened, and we will tell you straight away where you sit in the schedule. We would rather give you a real date than a promise we cannot keep.

Do you repair pavement you did not install?

Yes. Most emergency calls are on surfaces somebody else laid, sometimes decades ago.

Will the repair match the surrounding surface?

New asphalt starts darker and weathers toward the surrounding colour. What matters more is that it is compacted flush and edged cleanly, so it does not read as a scar across the lot.
