Recycled Asphalt

For long access roads, storage yards, and big parking areas, hot-mix asphalt everywhere is not always the sensible answer. Recycled asphalt millings, reclaimed pavement, graded and compacted hard, deliver a solid, stable, low-dust surface at a fraction of the cost per square foot.

What Recycled Asphalt Includes

Recycled asphalt millings compacted into a durable, cost-effective surface for access roads, parking areas, storage lots, and other large spaces.

Quality millingsReclaimed asphalt screened for consistency, not mystery fill.
Graded and crownedThe surface is shaped to shed water, which is what keeps a millings surface tight year after year.
Heavy compactionRolled hard so the material locks together. Over time, sun and traffic bind it further toward a semi-solid surface.
Honest guidanceWe will tell you where millings excel and where hot-mix is worth the difference, for your property and use.

Delivered, Graded, Compacted

Millings projects move fast: most surfaces are delivered, graded, and compacted in a day. The estimate establishes the area, the depth the use calls for, and how the surface is graded, then the quote puts the whole scope in writing.

Recycled Asphalt Questions

How is recycled asphalt different from gravel?

Millings contain the original binder, so under compaction, traffic, and sun they knit together far tighter than loose stone: less scatter, fewer ruts, less dust.

Can a millings surface be paved over later?

Often, yes. A well-built millings surface can serve as an excellent base for future hot-mix paving.

Does it need maintenance?

Minimal: keep the crown shedding water, and refresh high-traffic spots occasionally. We can advise a schedule for your usage.

What does it cost compared to asphalt paving?

Substantially less per square foot, which is why it wins on large areas. The free estimate prices your actual surface both ways if you want the comparison.
